The play begins following the death of Robert (Gardner) a famous mathematician. Catherine (Helfrich), Robert’s daughter, must deal with her own volatile emotions regarding an estranged sister, the intentions of a young man, and the fear that she has inherited her father’s mental illness along with inheriting his genius.
